You are able to email us any queries or issues that you have concerning the FreeDAM Software. You are able with one click to send an email to us from within FreeDAM. Your workflow will not be interrupted. In most cases you will receive a return email (or Phone call) the following working day.

Installation |

When you choose FreeDAM you do not get given a box with a CD or two in it.
Freedom Software will prepare the FreeDAM Software for your specific area and needs and then install the software on each of the compatible (see Requirements) computers on your premises. You get your own Freedom!

Personalisation & Localisation |

Freedom Software will setup the FreeDAM software so that it is ready for you to use.
For example - This means that you will be able to choose a Funeral Celebrant/Clergy from a list by name, and that your bank details will print on the automatic payment form that you give to your client families.

Updates |

Any updates to the FreeDAM software will be available to you Free of Charge.
Freedom Software has no intention of changing this policy in the future.
You will get Free updates (including across whole numbers e.g. Version 1.07 - 2.0) that will either be emailed to you or installed by Freedom Software at the earliest opportunity Free of charge.

Location Visits |

Freedom Software will not charge you for visiting your premises and attending to the FreeDAM software.

Training |

Freedom Software will not charge you for the training of you or your staff in the use of the FreeDAM Software.
However - Freedom Software expects time to be specifically put aside without interruptions for training.
